Karya Setu Automation was founded on a single conviction — that Indian manufacturers deserve more than off-the-shelf software. Generic CRMs assume a sales process that Indian B2B businesses do not actually run. They have no idea what a Bill of Quantities is, why an enquiry arrives on WhatsApp at 11 PM, or why the same customer appears on IndiaMART under three different names.
So we started at the other end: with the work itself. We sat with the people answering enquiries, writing quotations and chasing follow-ups, and we automated what was actually slowing them down. What began as a set of bots for one fire-safety business became a platform — Bharat Business Automation — now running for companies across several industries.
